Minutes of the twenty-second HoMBC General Meeting
Held at the Columbia Public Library on Broadway at Garth, Columbia, at 7:00 p.m.

Meeting called to order at 7:07 p.m.
Attendance: Barb Davis, Tim Graham, David Drum, Carol Vance, Deann Vance, Marta Ferguson, Kelly Shaw, Herb Heriford, David Holmes
Minutes read by David Drum. Motion to approve by Tim Graham, seconded by Carol Vance, approved unanimously.
Treasurer's report: $956.08 as of 11/29. Motion to approve by Herb Heriford, seconded by DeAnn Vance, approved unanimously.
VAC Family update: collections going well.
Logo update: emboidery files on CD-ROM going to Embroider-It and Missouri Cotton Exchange. Files also on web site in private area for anyone who has a sewing machine capable of embroidery.
Recap of Executive Committee Meeting: please send program ideas to Herb. Places to fly with GAA closer to St. Louis. Agenda items to EC two weeks ahead of time. Looking for somewhere to meet where we can have an outdoor program. Barb Davis is working with a freelance writer named Vicki Fox; if she calls, she is legitimately working on a project.
A New Year's day club flight is tentatively planned.
Herb has Long Jump information and passed out an article by Bruce Comstock http://www.launch.net/longjump.html.
Herb watches winds (prog charts, winds and temps) on http://adds.aviationweather.noaa.gov/.
