Heart of Missouri Balloon Club General Meeting, July 9th, 2001

Minutes of the Seventh HoMBC General Meeting
Held at the Walton Building on Providence at Elm St, Columbia, at 7:00 p.m.
  1. New FAA Video was shown.
  2. Pilot and Crew Achievement/Award Programs (PAAP and CAAP)
    Kathy Nichols was nominated to run CAAP.
    Tucker Smith volunteered to run PAAP, once qualifications were clarified with the BFA.
  3. Renee Graham spoke about the logo contest. Deadline for submissions is August 17th, 2001.
  4. Club flight dates undecided; after-flight meals delegated to Karen Philp, Renee Graham, Dennis Sutter.
  5. HoMBC is hosting a party after the Show-Me State Games' Saturday evening flight at the Ramada.
  6. Barb Davis announced a transportation program at Montgomery requesting a hot air balloon Sept. 22nd.
  7. Norah Ormerod came in 9th at Teams; Pat Fogue came in 2nd.
  8. Norah Ormerod spoke about Todd Fisher selling custom shaded relief maps.
