Minutes of the first HoMBC General Meeting
Held at the Pizza Hut on Clark Lane, Columbia, at 6:00 p.m.

Gary Sines called for further nominations for the executive committee. Final nominees were:

President	Joe Thompson, Bill Nelson, David Drum, Barb Davis, Vicki Fogue
Vice President	Tim Graham, Herb Heriford
Secretary	Kathy Nichols, Deon Frank
Treasurer	Karla Twenter, Karen Webster, Noeleen Frank

Each nominee was given two minutes for an election speech.

It was decided that the executive committee, to be voted in, would serve until March, at which time, there would be another election for executive committee members.
Norah Ormerod proposed that dues would be $5 per person from now until the March election. Seconded by Herb Heriford. Passed by a show of hands.
It was decided by a show of hands that all people present, 16 years of age or older, or a student pilot, were eligible to vote.
The votes were counted by Dave Holmes and Fred Palmer, and the following people received the most votes for each office:

President Barb Davis

Vice President Tim Graham

Secretary Deon Frank

Treasurer Karen Webster
Attendees were asked to fill out a membership application form and most people handed their form in with the dues, however, some people did not pay. Karen Webster took charge of the forms and the money.
