apology to list

I would like to apologize to anyone on the list that was offended or bored by 
my e-mail to Gary Whitby. It was a private correspondence, not intended for 
the list. 
This list is a great asset to our group if it is used correctly and should be 
respected.
For those of you new to lists like this, it is considered extremely poor 
etiquette to forward private mail to the list without the sender's permission.
