Why don't both of you post your opinions and information on the balloon
reflector with a copy to Sid Conn and let Sid post in a public forum the
correct, appropriate, or legal answer as to whether the Rego PRV's are
approved as installed and what legal documentation needs to accompany any
replacement parts for approval by the Federal Aviation Administration. It
would make everyone feel more secure in the air if the manufacturer can
settle this dispute and identify the legal parts and the non-legal parts.
