Seeing as I am totally unprepared for anything having to do with "business" of the club I would say that a business meeting may be unfulfilling at best. HOWEVER, the winds are supposed to be generally from the west, 7 decreasing to 2 or 3 by sunset, no one will need to pressurize or heat their tanks and water is relatively cheap. I wouild suggest a fun flight if the pilots and crews can stand 94 degrees at meeting time. It will be cooling off a bit but large Q of water will be advisable. A light load would also be in order. If that sounds good why don't I copy this to the club letters.

If anyone has an x or other ideas for challanges, that would be fun too!
