More updates on VAC Family

Wow, our club members have shown their generosity and holiday spirit
once more. Thanks to the care and concern of many club members, our VAC
family will have a wonderful holiday! Due to your individual generosity,
our club donation will probably only have to be $100 or less, and it
should be able to go completely toward food & household supplies.

Much of the list has been taken care of, so if you still have plans to
contribute, you might want to contact me in advance. At this point,
household goods and clothing for the boys seem to be the most needed
items.

I have put an asterisk* in front of items that have been provided
for.

New items should be wrapped with the person's name on the outside and
the Family Number which is # 233. Gently-used items are also welcome,
but shouldn't be wrapped. New household items could be wrapped with a
tag that just says
"For Family #233."

FYI: Some members called because they were concerned about getting
exactly the right size or item. We can arrange to get receipts for
items to the mother. Just put the receipts in a separate envelope and
give them to me. That way, she'll know what items can be exchanged after
Christmas.

I prefer to have your wrapped packages no later than Friday, December
5th. You can drop them off at my office at 300 S. Providence Road,
anytime Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. I can also pick them up on
request. If you plan to bring them to the Vance's Christmas party on
the 6th instead, please let me know several days in advance.

If you any questions, please e-mail me at private e-mail address, or call
me. My home number is
445-2688, work number is 875-1231.

Thanks for everyone's help!
Renee
