Carol, Layne, and I would welcome nominations for next year's balloon club

The only office we must fill according to the by-laws is that of 
Treasurer.  So, at present, our slate reads as follows:

President: Herb Heriford
Vice President: David Drum
Secretary: DeAnn Vance
Treasurer: Carol Vance

Barb Davis is currently serving as Past President and, according to the 
by-laws, will continue to hold that post until we have another past president.
