May meeting - Monday, May 12

The May meeting is to be held at a park or other site to be determined by the weather conditions at the time. Meeting time will be 6:30 at said, yet to be determined site.

This meeting will be to cover safety issues for the beginning, been doing it a while, or advanced crew person. topics will include, but not be limited too:

  Helping the pilot (Who is undoubtedly not paying any attention) chose a safe launch      site.
  Crowd control
  Fan safety
  Proper lifting techniques
  Driving/observing safety

and many, many more (At least 2 more anyway) safety factors to keep in mind.

If the weather is flyable, many of the pilots and crew may be doing just that, but if you are not in the air or chasing someone who is, Join us for some educational fun!

Pilots, just because this is about crew safety, you still need to show up to make sure we're not leaving anything out!
