Monday meeting and thoughts of flying
Don't forget the meeting Monday. Happy Half Hour at 6:30, BM at 7:00 and observer presentation at about 7:15. Also, Saturday looks like an afternoon flight may work. BUT, if you feel like breaking some records and have a day off, Monday morning or afternoon looks good for a long jump. We will be in KC this weekend and probably should plan on being at the meeting monday night but if your schedule permits, you could launch at noon or 1:00 in 5-10 k winds, go to 6000 for 40 K winds and then to 1200 for 70 k winds. That should get you to Cape Gireardeau pretty quick! Happy flying and good luck if you try! Herb
