   Could include, but not limited to logo set-up fees, prizes for club 
flights, items club needs to purchase for flights, safety seminar, club 
social activities, hosting activity at local balloon races, etc.

If you have items which should be added to the agenda, it would be 
appreciated if you would contact Barbara Davis at 573-441-9799 before 3 
p.m. Monday.  She will be gone Friday evening, 3-6 p.m. Saturday, and 1-4 
p.m. Sunday.  Keep trying--she does not have an answering machine on this 
phone (or at least not yet).

If you have favorite vendors for shirts, caps, business cards, balloon 
cards, decals, balloon pins and other items for which we might want to 
use our club logo, please bring to the meeting the name, address and 
phone number of the vendor(s). If you cannot attend the meeting, send 
that information to one of the officers by Thursday, February 14. These 
vendors may be located anywhere.

If you would be interested in serving on a small committee to contact 
these vendors (local and otherwise), either volunteer Monday night or 
contact officer prior to the meeting.

Dues for 2002 are due and may be paid Monday night. Individual 
memberships are $20, with an additional $5 for each family member wishing 
to have voting rights.  If you cannot be present Monday night, you may 
mail your dues to Kathy Nichols, P. O. Box 7258, Columbia MO 65205.  New 
members will need to fill out the membership application, but those 
nrnewing memberships will need to inform Kathy if information has changed 
since you joined last year.

If inclement weather necessitates postponing the meeting, 
notification will be made on television KOMU-Channel 8 and KMIZ-Channel 
17, and radio KPLA-FM 101.5.  A notice will also be posted on the HOMBC 
website.
