Proposed amendment to propane regulations

Hello everyone,

J. R. Richardson has received the following amendment to the Missouri
Department of Agriculture Division of Weights and Measures
2 CSR 90-10.013:

	"An exception may be made by the inspection authority for
	cylinders utilized in hot air balloon service if the cylinders
	are approved for such service, have an accurate approved method of
	gauging, are in good condition and are filled in a safe location
	away from any source of ignition."
