Hello everyone,

The Heart of Missouri Balloon Club Events Committee is pleased to announce
the first HoMBC club flight for 2001.  Herb Heriford provides the details:

Check your schedules carefully, call crew members that you plan on
enjoying this experience with, look at the following (Tentative)
schedule and email me or the list with info requested after schedule.

[April 21st]
Sunrise- 6:24
Pilot/Crew breifing 5:30 am at (Balloon port?)
Morning flight after sunrise - JDG or Scavenger hunt
Breakfast at (Ballonport?)

Sunset - 7:51
Pilot/Crew breifing 5:00 pm
Awards dinner 8:30 at...TBA

First -  off, Pilots who have your crew already in place please email me or 
this mailing list if you will be there. List crew members so we don't double 
up or leave any one out. Tell me if you will be at both flights or which one 
you will be attending.

If you are a crew member who has not been contacted by a pilot yet but are 
planning on being at either flight email with your phone # so I can call with 
assignment. Otherwise just be there according to schedule.

We also need a couple of volunteers to stay and prepare breakfast on sat. am 
for after the flight. Pilots that have recently blown up their balloon or 
whatever are welcome to do this instead of flying if you like. Once again, 
email with phone #.

This ought to be a fun way to start out the season and get some of you sport 
pilots warmed up for Arkansas ond Dannville.
