Second post on a different topic...
Anyone on this list have experience with inlaying art into balloon envelopes?
Any construction descriptions or tips? Do you have to over lay and then cut it out?
A zig-zag stitch seams to be accepted practice...do you compromise the integrity of a panel with inlay?
